The symbol is an enso - a circle drawn in a single brushstroke, originating in Zen Buddhism. What makes it distinctive is what it isn't: perfect. The circle is intentionally left open, incomplete. That's the whole point. The enso represents the ongoing nature of everyone's unique journey. It captures imperfection not as a flaw but as the most honest expression of being human. And the open space in the ring? That's where growth lives. The work is never finished. There's always another layer, another question, another version of yourself waiting to be discovered. And the most beautiful thing? The circle isn't ever meant to be forced closed. It's allowed to just be. Just like you.
Questioning a career path. Feeling stuck despite doing all the right things. Navigating a big transition. Wanting to feel more like themselves again. Desiring movement. If something just feels off and you can't quite name it, that's often exactly where we start.
My professional career started in Big 4 professional services at PwC. I learned a ton, met some amazing friends and mentors, and had the opportunity to informally coach team members in my corporate role. After 10 years, I realized I was grateful for all the experience I'd gained, but my purpose lived elsewhere. In 2018, I became a certified yoga instructor and have continued to broader my yoga education through certifications in yoga sculpt, yoga nidra, and hot power fusion. In 2024, I trained to become a certified professional coach through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and became an ACC accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation. I love transformation, wellness, and peace and would be honored to be a part of your journey in finding it for yourself.
Both. All of my offerings are available virtually via Google Meet, or in person depending on location. We'll figure out what works best for you.
